Contact and Support through December 2019 and January 2020

As from 13 December 2019, Helen Hopper will be looking after my clients while I am in hospital. My recovery period will be approximately 6 weeks. Helen is a very experienced Social Worker who has experience in Disability and Mental Health.

All contact details remain the same during this period.

As from 22 December 2019 to 3 January 2020, Making Connections Together will be closed.

As from 6 December 2020 I will have supports available for all my clients and it is hoped that I can do the phone calls and emails. Home visits will be limited depending on availability.

I wish you all a fantastic and safe Christmas/New Year and Holiday Period
